This page explains what we collect when you buy a ticket for Tolu Afilaka Live, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

Your card details never touch this website

Payment happens on Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment processor. Your card number, expiry date and CVV are entered on Paystack’s systems and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this website.

All we ever receive back from Paystack is confirmation that a payment succeeded, its reference, and the amount.

What we collect

• Your name — so your ticket can be matched to you at the door.
• Your email address — to send your ticket and any changes to the event.
• Your phone number — so we can reach you quickly if something changes on the day.

That is the complete list. We do not ask for your address, your date of birth, or anything else.

What we do with it

We use your details to issue your ticket, to let you in on the night, and to contact you about this event — a time change, a venue note, or a cancellation.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for marketing. The only third parties who touch them are the services that make the event work: Paystack for the payment, and our email provider for delivering your ticket.

How long we keep it

Ticket and order records are kept until 90 days after the event, so refunds, duplicate charges and door disputes can still be resolved afterwards. After that they are deleted.

Basic financial records may be kept longer where Nigerian tax or accounting rules require it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking or analytics scripts. Nothing here follows you to other websites.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@toluafilaka.com and we will respond within 30 days.

One limitation, stated honestly: if you ask us to delete your details before the event, we can no longer admit you at the door, because your ticket is matched against those details. We will say so before acting on the request.
