How do I buy a ticket?
Choose your ticket above, enter your name, email and phone number, then pay securely through Paystack. Your ticket is issued the moment payment is confirmed.
What can I pay with?
Whatever your Paystack checkout offers — typically card, bank transfer and USSD. You will see the options when you reach the payment page.
Why is there a processing fee?
Paystack charges a fee for handling the payment. Rather than quietly building it into the ticket price, we show it as its own line before you pay, so you can see exactly where every naira goes.
The price on the ticket card is what reaches the organiser.
Why is only one ticket type showing?
Early Bird is the first fifty seats, at the lowest price they will ever be. The remaining ticket types open once those fifty are gone. Prices themselves never change — each ticket costs the same from now until sales close. What runs out is the Early Bird allocation.
Will I get my ticket straight away?
Yes. Your ticket code appears on screen the moment payment clears. Save it or screenshot it before you close the page — you can be admitted with the code even if your phone battery dies.
Can I buy for other people?
Yes. Choose your quantity at checkout and you will receive a separate ticket for each person, each with its own code. Groups split up at the door, so one code per guest keeps things simple.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is confirmed. Please make sure you are free on 17 October before buying.
If we cancel or move the show, you choose. Take a credit for the full amount you paid — processing fee included — toward the new date, or take a refund of the ticket price. The processing fee cannot be returned in a refund because Paystack keeps it whether or not the show goes ahead; it never reaches us. Refund requests close fourteen days after any announcement, after which your ticket carries over as credit.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Pass on the ticket and whoever brings it is admitted. Each ticket admits one person and works once — the first scan is let in and the same code will not open the door a second time. So send it to one person only, and do not post it publicly.
What if my payment fails or I am charged twice?
If a payment does not go through, no ticket is issued and your seats are released. If you are ever charged twice for the same order, contact us with both references and the duplicate is refunded in full.
If you are unsure whether a payment worked, do not pay again — contact us first.
How is my ticket checked at the door?
Each ticket carries a QR code and a short code such as FS-4M8KTQ. Staff scan the QR, or type the short code if scanning is difficult. Every ticket admits one person once.
